Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We offer international delivery! If your country is not available for purchasing, please message so we can see what we can do.

What is your processing time?

Our processing time is currently 2-3 weeks.

I live local, do I have to pay delivery?

Nope! If you live within a 5-10 mile radius of Bear and Moo HQ, you don't have to pay delivery, all local orders will be available at the Original Emporium in Cleethorpes for you to collect (the same processing times of 2-3 weeks still apply as every item is made to order) If it tries to charge delivery, please let me know and I can look into it for you.

Can I shop your products in person?

Absolutely! I am stocked locally at the Original Emporium in Cleethorpes (53 Cambridge Street, DN35 8HD which is open daily 10-4pm.

I need my order sooner, help!

If you need your order sooner than the standard processing times, please send a message asap so we can see if this is possible to rush your order. (Please note, during busy periods, we will not be able to rush orders through)

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Unfortunately, not all products are dishwasher friendly, our 20oz stainless steel tumblers, mugs and 40oz quenchers (without personalisation) are suitable for the dishwasher but glass cans (unless stated) or cold cups are hand wash only. Each listing states the care information and you will also receive a care card with your order.

Do you take custom requests?

I can during quiet periods. To find out if this is doable, please email to discuss.
